Terms & Conditions

All custom furniture orders, including tailored sofas, wardrobes, and king-sized beds, require a 50% advance payment. Measurements provided by the customer are final. If our team conducts the site visit in Bagaluru, we take full responsibility for fitting accuracy.

Standard manufacturing for custom sofas in our unit takes 7-14 business days. Delivery within Bagaluru and surrounding Bengaluru areas is scheduled upon completion. Any delays due to material availability or logistical issues will be communicated promptly.

Our teak wood furniture carries a lifetime warranty against termites. Electronics and branded mattresses (Sleepotex/Suroflex) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We provide full assistance in claiming these warranties for our customers.

Custom-made furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable once manufacturing begins. For ready-made items and electronics, returns are only accepted within 48 hours if the product is found to be defective at the time of delivery.
